Terms of Service
Last updated: September 2, 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of ADMITLY (“the Service”), provided by Peter Atta Konadu (“we”, “us” or “our”). By creating an account, subscribing or continuing to use the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Seller and contracting party
You are contracting with Peter Atta Konadu, the seller of ADMITLY. If you use the Service on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.
2. Description of the Service
ADMITLY is a college application guidance platform. It helps students organise applications, draft and review essays, analyse school fit, track deadlines and store documents. ADMITLY provides guidance and feedback; it does not write applications automatically, guarantee admission or submit anything on a user’s behalf.
3. Acceptance of terms
By using the Service you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
4. Accounts and credentials
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
5. Acceptable use
You must not use the Service to:
- violate any applicable law or regulation;
- impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity or achievements;
- upload content you do not have the right to use;
- send spam, phishing messages or malware;
- interfere with the security, availability or performance of the Service;
- reverse engineer, scrape or circumvent any technical limits of the Service;
- use AI-generated outputs to create false, misleading or harmful application content.
6. AI-generated guidance
ADMITLY uses artificial intelligence to suggest improvements, ask questions and analyse fit. AI outputs may not be perfect and should not be treated as professional admissions advice. You are responsible for reviewing, verifying and deciding whether to use any suggestion. We may moderate, filter or refuse outputs that violate these Terms.
7. Intellectual property
We own all rights in the Service, its software, documentation, branding and underlying technology. You retain ownership of the content you create or upload. We receive only the limited licence needed to host, process and display your content to provide the Service to you.
8. Payment, subscriptions and Paddle
Paid plans are processed by our online reseller, Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all orders, which means Paddle provides payment processing, billing, tax collection, subscription management, customer service inquiries and returns. By subscribing, you also agree to Paddle’s Buyer Terms and Paddle’s Refund Policy.
Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time through your billing portal; access continues until the end of the current billing period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or Paddle’s refund policy.
9. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these Terms, fail to pay when due, create a security or fraud risk, or repeatedly violate our policies. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately; your data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
10. Warranties and disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free or that any result (including admission outcomes or scores) is accurate. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, special or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data or loss of goodwill, except where liability cannot be excluded by law (such as fraud, death or personal injury).
12. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Peter Atta Konadu from any claims, damages or expenses arising out of your content, your misuse of the Service, or your violation of these Terms.
13. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ghana. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service will be resolved in the courts of Ghana, except where mandatory local law requires otherwise.
14. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the Service. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
